Permitted use of M3U8 to MP4 browser tools
You may use the tools for media you own, public-domain media, properly licensed media, or content you have explicit authorization to process. You are responsible for confirming those rights before starting a job.
The service is a general technical utility. It does not grant rights to any third-party stream and does not represent that a reachable URL is lawful to download.
Prohibited use of M3U8toMP4.org conversion features
Do not use the service to infringe copyright, bypass DRM, defeat encryption or authentication, evade paywalls, obtain private streams, overload a media host, distribute malicious files, or violate an applicable law or contract.
Attempts to turn the site into a proxy, credential relay, automated abuse system, or access-control bypass are prohibited.
Browser conversion availability and technical limitations
The tools are provided as available without a guarantee that a particular URL, codec, file, browser, or device will work. CORS, expiry, live state, encryption, segment availability, network quality, and memory limits are outside the site's control.
Users should keep original media and validate converted output before relying on it. Long or critical jobs should use a controlled native FFmpeg workflow.
Liability and changes to M3U8toMP4.org terms
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project is not liable for lost media, failed conversions, source charges, rights disputes, device problems, or indirect damages arising from use of the tools.
These terms may change as the product, hosting, or legal requirements evolve. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
